The municipality of Bedekovčina is located along the river valley of the Krapina River and mostly belongs to the area of hills with larger plains, valleys and fields. Komorska gora is situated at the dividing line between the municipalities of Bedekovčina, Mihovljan, Sveti Križ Začretje, Mače and the town of Krapina and the dividing line between the parishes of Orehovica, Mihovljan and Sveti Križ Začretje. This 375 m high mountain in the central part of Hrvatsko Zagorje is also known as Strugača. It stands out on the steep slopes built of Triassic dolomites. Strugača stretches from Šemničke toplice to Sutinske toplice.
Every year, around the feast of St. Mark, the patron saint of fields and farmers, and on the eve of the beginning of spring work in the fields, a meeting of farmers and the blessing of fields, tractors and tractor drivers is held – Markovo on Strugača. The event was started with the aim to make people a little more considerate towards the work of cultivating the land by using tractors on the hills of Zagorje, which hang everywhere and which are therefore very dangerous. The reason for initiating the blessing was the number of tragic accidents of tractor drivers, and also to serve as a warning that the land should be cultivated not neglected.
