In the small town of Komor Začretski, northeast of Sveti Križ Začretje, there is the chapel of St. Vitus. Churches of St. Vitus are usually built on the hills from where St. Vitus can “see everything“. The main altar is dedicated to Saint Vitus, and it has been thoroughly restored from the year 2000 until today.

Access to the lookout is available by an asphalt road that breaks from the old road Sveti Križ Začretje–Mirkovec–Zabok, in Ciglenica Zagorska. There is a wooden parish house next to the chapel. Considering that the hill is centrally situated in relation to the entire county and that there are no higher hills around it, there is an extraordinary view of most of Zagorje, all the way to the mountains that delineate it. Today, Saint Vitus is one of the most beautiful and indispensable Zagorje lookouts.
