The Vodosprema lookout rises above the town of Zabok on Popov breg. Vodosprema is a modern monitoring center for water distribution in the Zagorje area with its laboratory and educational center. Topics related to the importance of water are presented to visitors, mostly schoolchildren. Once a year, on the Day of the City of Zabok, exclusive concerts are held on the roof with a magnificent view of Zabok and the surrounding area.
There used to be a chapel on Popov breg, as the very name of the hill indicates – Priest’s hill. Today, a cross is placed there as a memorial. Vodosprema is also Zabok’s viewpoint from which the view of the city and the surrounding area stretches out as if in the palm of your hand.
